Devonshire Cottage
Devonshire Cottage is a delightful Cotswold Gem. Tucked away just off the High Street in the very heart of Beautiful Broadway, it has the added benefit of gated off street parking for 1 large car. Offering luxurious accommodation comprised of: 3 en-suite bedrooms (each with a walk in shower) sleeping 6 adults + 1 under 18 or infant, two spacious lounges, a dedicated workspace with large desk and chair, a well equipped dining kitchen, and a downstairs utility with WC. Highlights include comfy beds with a variety of pillows to choose from, underfloor heating throughout the downstairs, a gas fireplace to the main lounge, lovely squishy sofas, and a private sunny courtyard garden.
The Cottage is a much loved holiday home, where you can go to relax and have fun, knowing that everything you need is immediately to hand. Broadway is wonderful for families and couples alike. For those with children, there is an award winning playground/activity park literally just over the road from Devonshire Cottage, and attractions such as Cotswold Farm Park within an easy 20 minute drive. For romantic getaways, there are many wonderful cafes, bars, and restaurants, also several excellent art galleries for loved up mooching about in. The whole ambience of Broadway lends itself very nicely to falling in love! Our own favourite times of year for visiting are June, when the roses are just coming into full bloom and the sunshine bakes the courtyard, or November when the town is lit up with Christmas lights, and the air smells of log fires. Winter at Devonshire Cottage is always cosy, as the underfloor heating makes for a very comfortable environment. We also highly recommend visiting during November and December to do Christmas shopping. The town is lit up with simple white festoon lights, the Pubs have real log fires and excellent food, and the shops are filled with unique items for very special gifts.

3 En-suite bathrooms, all with walk in showers + one also has a separate bathtub. Included for your convenience each en-suite has a lined pedal bin, liquid hand soap & a supply of toilet paper
Bedroom 1 en-suite has: Large walk-in shower, Bathtub with mixer tap & handheld shower attachment, vanity with 2 drawers & sink with mixer tap, mirror, heated towel rail & separate WC with toilet.
Bedroom 2 en-suite has: Walk in shower with overhead waterfall + handheld spray, vanity with cupboard & sink with mixer tap, mirror with lighting, wall fan heater, heated towel rail, wall hung toilet.
Bedroom 3 en-suite has: Quadrant shower with overhead waterfall + handheld spray, vanity with cupboard & sink with mixer tap, mirror + magnified mirror, heated towel rail, wall fan heater, toilet.
Plenty of Hot water for everyone. 2 hairdryers at Cottage
Separate Utility downstairs, with wall hung toilet & Belfast sink with mixer tap, washing machine & laundry tablets, laundry basket, clothes drying rack, coat & boot rack.

Bedroom 1 has: Double bed, + daybed that converts to a comfortable small double which is suitable for adults. *Max adults occupancy is still 6, or 4 if same gender group, unless agreed in writing by owner. *Please notify us if you need this made up at time of booking by ticking the correct box on the booking form
A travel cot is available for an infant or toddler, including mattress protector & fitted sheet *Please note, we do not provide other linens for the cot due to possible skin sensitivities to the detergents we use, so please bring your baby’s own things including a suitable cover sheet to put over the fitted sheet provided
Bedroom 2 has: King size bed, (USA Queen).
Bedroom 3 has: Double bed.
All bed linen is: Crisp white “Terence Conran”, cotton with just a touch of modal (100% natural beech) for extra softness.
Pillows: There are a variety of quality hypoallergenic pillows to choose from within the Cottage
Duvets are high quality, hypoallergenic, and each bed also has a soft fleece blanket.
Towels: Set of 2 soft cotton towels for each person, + bath mats
Clothes storage: Large built in wardrobes to Bedrooms 2 & 3, hanging rail in Bedroom 1 + chest of drawers. Plenty of hangers in each room Iron & Ironing Board stored in Bedroom 2 cupboard
